Shipping and Handling

Order Processing

There is a 24-hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. We process all in-stock orders 7 days a week (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

No delivery packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays.

We try to ship all In-stock orders that get placed prior to 1:00 PM EST the same day.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become in stock.
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Our daily shipping cut off time is 4PM EST. If you receive a tracking number after our cut off time, then your order was prepared but may not have left our facility.

Where do we ship to?

We offer various shipping options all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page. A delivery estimate time is around 2-5 business days across USA & Canada. For shipping rates and delivery times to other countries please contact us with site contact form. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

We have a shipping flat rate CA $10 across Canada and CA $15 across USA.
We offer free shipping over CA $99 across Canada and over $99 across USA.

Please note: Orders of $200 or more will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Proof of Age

To comply with Bill 45, starting January 1, 2016, we will be using Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option for all shipments. This option requires a signature to be obtained upon delivery of the shipment. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be held at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age and sign to receive the package. For your first order, we will ship your order requiring age verification and signature on delivery; for subsequent orders, it is at our discretion whether or not to request proof of age. Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.
